150 Bedroom Nursing Home Project

This was an interesting project for VCL requiring us to draw on our considerable experience in Nursing Home Design and our innovation in achieving the proposed development within quite a challenging site. As with any of our designs we strive to achieve the most cost effective design solution for our clients requirements but at the same time maintaining a strong focus on the buildings users.

Even though the site is restricted an unusual in shape we managed to ensure that all bedrooms were provided with a suitable view and appropriate level of lighting while also ensuring that the necessary functional aspects of a nursing home were located in a manner to assist with the smooth management of the care home.
