Collaboration was the primary theme in the renovation of the existing industrial building into a new home for the Associated Bridge Clubs of Drogheda (ABCD). From long before VCL were involved in the project the competing Bridge Clubs came together to develop a state of the art space.

VCL continued this collaboration theme with a very strong team effort between the client, the consultant and the contractor. This team effort and VCL's attention to detail and careful management of the process ensured that the building was completed on time, on budget and to the exceptionally high specification required to allow the Bridge Clubs to flourish.
